Set Up Quickbooks

• Set up the company data file based on your style of business (sole proprietor, corporation, partnership or LLC.)

• Install software and data file on your computer and initial training session (usually 1-1 ½ hr).

• Train, in my office, to use QuickBooks.

o       Provide training & remote telephone support for 60 days.

o       Initial and two to three additional general training sessions, as necessary (1-1 ½ hr each).

o       Initial and one or two additional bank reconciliation training sessions (usually 1-1 ½ hr each).

o       On-site training is available during the first sixty days for an additional fee. ($150 per on-site session, 1-1 ½  hours, within 20 miles of Ardmore; $.50/mile additional beyond 20 miles).

o       (Add-on option) Three to four payroll processing sessions. (Requires Enhanced Payroll subscription from QuickBooks, which is not included. Cost: $349 per year payable only by credit card.)
