Tax Papers Checklist

1. Any documents with "Important Tax Information"

2. All W-2'S

3. Dates and amounts of estimated tax payments paid (State and Federal)

4. All 1099'S (1099-R, 1099-MISC, 1099-Int, 1099-Div, etc.)

5. Any statements of dividends or interest paid

6. All mortgage interest statements

7. Statements regarding real estate taxes paid

8. Records showing charitable contributions (Cash/Non Cash, Mileage)

9. Statements relating to investments sold as well as purchase date and price paid for investments sold

10. Any documents relating to purchase or sale of any real estate in the past year, including refinancing documents

11. Any other documents that you think might be needed
